Active Dogs Club collects and uses personal information to provide its guides, email updates and checkout. Contact us at support@activedogsclub.vet about this policy or your information.
What we collect
- When you join the email list, we collect your email address, any bundle interests you select, and a record of the signup source and consent wording.
- If you use checkout, Stripe processes payment details. We receive limited payment status and transaction identifiers; we do not store card numbers.
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about visits and page use, such as page views and browser or device information.
The mobility quiz keeps your dog’s name and answers in your browser while the page is open. They are not sent to our server and are cleared when you leave or refresh the page.
How we use information
We use signup details to provide access to the free guide, send a welcome email, news about selected bundles and other Active Dogs Club updates you agreed to receive. We use payment information to verify purchases and manage test transactions. With your choice, we use analytics to improve the site.
Who helps us provide the site
Supabase stores email signups and consent records. Resend delivers emails. Vercel hosts the site. Stripe handles checkout. Google Analytics runs only after you accept optional analytics. These providers may process information outside New Zealand or Australia under their own service arrangements. We do not sell the email list.
Your choices and rights
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing; we may keep a limited record to honour that choice. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at support@activedogsclub.vet. You can also change optional analytics at any time through Cookie settings.
Security and changes
We use access controls and secure connections to protect the information we hold. We may update this policy as the site and services change. The current version is dated 11 October 2026.
